• Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Mera Work shall not be responsible for any technical issues, tracking failures, or delays caused by third-party systems.

• Decisions made by Mera Work regarding referral eligibility and rewards shall be final and binding.

9. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising under this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
